Our High Pressure Tee products feature T-shaped or Y-shaped configurations, supporting both equal-diameter and reducing-diameter port designs. Specifically engineered for the reliable connection of main pipelines to branch lines, they effectively alter fluid direction and facilitate the convergence of three pipelines-whether of identical or varying specifications. Materials and Manufacturing Processes
Materials
We use good carbon steel, alloy steel or stainless steel for our products. We pick these materials because they can handle pressure, corrosion and fatigue very well.
Forming Process
We make our products using precision die forging or hot extrusion. This way we get a wall thickness and the inside and outside surfaces are smooth. We make sure there are no defects like folds or cracks in our products.
Quality Assurance
We test every one of our products using special tests that do not damage them. These tests include ultrasonic, magnetic particle or radiographic inspection. Carbon steel, alloy steel or stainless steel products have to meet national safety standards, for pressure piping components. We make sure they do.
