Product Overview
The ASME tee adopts butt-welding (BW) connection, with bevel ends machined according to ASME B16.9 standards to ensure precise alignment with piping systems. Product materials cover carbon steel (A234 WPB, WPHY52, WPHY60, WPHY65), stainless steel (304, 304L, 316, 316L, 321), and alloy steel (A234 WP11, WP22, WP12, WP5, WP9, WP91), meeting the requirements of different media temperatures, pressures, and corrosive environments.
Surface treatment options include bare surface, painting, rust preventive oil, anti-corrosion coating, and hot-dip galvanizing, suitable for outdoor, humid, or highly corrosive environments. The ASME tee is packaged in wooden crates or wooden pallets, with a supply capacity of 1,000 tons per month, meeting the batch delivery requirements of medium and large-scale engineering projects.
