Product Overview
Pipeline steel pipe bends are produced via clean steel smelting technology, with precise control of carbon equivalent and crack sensitivity index to guarantee the stable performance of the base material. Hot-bent bends are processed by medium-frequency induction heating and subsequent heat treatment, ensuring consistent performance with straight pipes, and their ovality and wall thickness indicators are superior to national standards. Cold-bent bends are formed at room temperature, retaining the mechanical properties of the parent pipe and suitable for on-site minor angle adjustment. Pipeline steel pipe bends have been applied in key projects such as the West-to-East Gas Transmission, meeting the low-temperature requirement of -45℃, and are suitable for high-demand fields like long-distance transmission pipelines and marine pipelines.
