Product Overview
Hot bend pipes involves heating steel pipes to a plastic state using medium frequency induction heating, then pushing them into shape, followed by rapid cooling after bending. This process ensures uniform pipe wall thickness, with a thinning rate of less than 10% on the outer arc side, a smooth and wrinkle-free inner arc side, high bending accuracy, and the ability to undergo heat treatment after bending to eliminate stress while maintaining stable material properties. Hot bend pipes are suitable for various types of steel and diameters, support customization of different curvature radii and angles, and are widely used in high-pressure and high-temperature environments such as oil and gas transportation and chemical engineering.

Applications
Long-distance oil and gas transmission pipelines
Hot bend pipes are suitable for pipeline turning, crossing and overpassing, and avoidance nodes in long-distance transmission pipelines. They are applied to key projects such as the West-to-East Gas Transmission Project, with pipe diameters ranging from φ159mm to 1220mm, meeting the construction needs of main lines and branch lines.
Urban gas pipeline network
Used for directional drilling crossing in high-pressure and sub-high-pressure pipeline networks and terrain adaptation, it has entered the urban pipeline network supplier list.
Central heating system
Hot bend pipes adopt prefabricated insulated bent pipes with a temperature resistance of 120℃, suitable for turning nodes in heating networks.
