A tee marked DN100 does not tell the whole story when several standards are involved. ASME, GOST, and DIN use different dimensional systems, so Haihao separates these orders before production and keeps each nominal size tied to its specified standard. The tee order should be reviewed together with the stated application and order requirements.

For ASME B16.9 work, size is normally identified by NPS together with the required wall-thickness series. Haihao can handle sizes from NPS 1/2 to 48. A reducing tee also needs two size references: one for the run and one for the branch. The tee order can be specified according to the project requirements.

GOST orders are checked against their own dimensions. The available range extends from 21.3 to 1016 mm, and the workshop follows that system directly. DIN jobs are handled in the same way; the specified DIN dimensions remain the production reference. Selection of the tee order should reflect the operating conditions and installation plan.

Material is then matched to the selected standard and project requirement. Stainless steel options include 304, 304L, 316, 316L, and 321, while carbon and alloy steel orders are separated by their stated grades. Product marking can also follow the same order breakdown, which helps keep similar-looking fittings clearly identified. This distinction matters most when one shipment contains several standards or materials. Keeping each line item tied to its own size system makes cutting, forming, inspection, marking, and packing easier to control. It also gives the workshop a clearer basis for separating batches before they move to the next production stage.
