EN Blind Flange (EN 1092-1 Type 05) is a forged blind flange designed and manufactured in accordance with European standard EN 1092-1, used for closing pipe ends or equipment connections. With a pressure rating of PN6, it is suitable for low-pressure working conditions with a design pressure not exceeding 6 bar. Available in sizes ranging from DN10 to DN4000, it is integrated into piping systems via butt-welding or bolted connections. Produced by precision forging, the flange features a dense microstructure and stable mechanical properties.

1. Applicable Standards

Product design, dimensional tolerances and technical specifications strictly comply with the EN 1092-1 European flange standard, ensuring interchangeability with internationally common pipe fittings and valves.

2. Material Grades

The following material categories are available according to working conditions:

Carbon Steel: P250GH, P245GH, P280GH, P355NH

Alloy Steel: 13CrMo4-5, 11CrMo9-10, X10CrMoVNb9-1

Stainless Steel: X2CrNi18-9, X6CrNiTi18-1, X2CrNiMo17-12-2
