Core Performance & Processing
Formed by hot forging and pressing, no casting defects; threaded pipe elbows are finished by precision turning and rolling process to ensure complete tooth profile. Matched with standard pipe fittings to form metal-to-metal seal structure, the maximum pressure bearing capacity of the seal structure is 6000psi. The product has a compact structural design, suitable for pipeline layout in space-constrained working conditions; no welding and other hot working operations are required during installation, applicable to flammable and explosive hazardous environments. The surface is treated with passivation or zinc plating, which can pass the salt spray test for more than 72 hours and adapt to long-term use under various industrial operating conditions.

Product Performance Characteristics
Convenient installation
The threaded pipe elbows adopt threaded connection mode, no welding required, can be manually tightened and fixed, applicable to maintenance operation areas and hot work restricted areas with strict fire control requirements.
Good sealing performance
Conical pipe thread has self-tightening performance, the fit degree between thread surfaces increases with the rise of pipeline internal pressure, which can reduce the risk of medium leakage.
Stable material performance
The threaded pipe elbows have stable chemical properties and certain corrosion resistance, and can be used for a long time under normal operating conditions without frequent maintenance.
Application Scope
Petrochemical industry
Lubricating oil conveying pipeline, medium and low pressure process pipeline, plant fire water supply system pipeline.
Shipbuilding industry
Ship bilge water discharge system, ballast water circulation system, ship domestic water supply pipeline.
Construction and municipal engineering
Vertical riser for water supply and drainage of high-rise buildings, branch pipeline for chilled water of central air conditioning, urban residential gas pipeline.
