1. Turn off the main water supply and turn on the faucet to drain any remaining water.

2. Use a screwdriver and adjustable wrench to loosen the screw at the bottom of the faucet and remove the shower hose.

3. Check for leaks. If the gasket is worn or cracked, replace it with a new one and secure it tightly with a wrench.

4. If the leak is caused by a worn spindle washer, use pliers to loosen and remove the pressure cap, remove the spindle washer with tweezers, and replace it with a new one.

5. If the leak is from the gap at the bottom of the faucet handle, it's likely due to a worn triangular sealing washer inside the pressure cap. Loosen the screw and remove the handle, then loosen and remove the pressure cap, remove the triangular sealing washer inside the pressure cap, and replace it with a new one.

6. If the leak is at the pipe joint, it's usually because the cap nut is loose. In this case, retighten the cap nut or replace it with a new U-shaped sealing gasket.

7. After repairs, turn on the water valve to test and ensure there are no leaks.
