In October 2025, our company reached a cooperation agreement with the Russian natural gas transmission project and signed supply orders for hundreds of tons of steel pipe fittings, flanges, steel pipes, and piping. This batch of orders covers high-pressure pipe fittings of various specifications from DN15 to DN1200, including low-temperature resistant steel flanges and large-diameter spiral steel pipes used in extreme weather conditions. To ensure that the product quality meets the strict standards of Gazprom, the company's technical department, in conjunction with a third-party testing agency, has carried out full process control of the chemical composition, mechanical properties, and welding process of raw materials. Especially for the working environment of minus 40 ℃ in Siberia, all pipe fittings have passed low-temperature impact tests and pressure tests. The production process adopts intelligent production lines, which improve processing accuracy through processes such as CNC cutting and automatic welding. At the same time, the MES production execution system is used to monitor production progress in real time, and ultimately complete the production, inspection, and packaging of all products within the three months specified in the contract. This cooperation not only expands the company's business territory in the European market, but also accumulates valuable technology and experience for future participation in energy pipeline construction projects in the Eurasian region.
